Sourcing locally-produced food is a priority for Chef de Sousa and he is proud to rely on over forty local food producers and suppliers. Having our own kitchen garden, lovingly designed and tended by Peter Hovestadt and being surrounded by family farms, helps ensure that often, during the growing season, the produce on your plate was grown, not kilometres, but mere metres away.
