Thai foods are one of our most requested subjects. In this class, we’ll make what is arguably the most popular of Thai street foods –Pad Thai. This noodle dish is simple and satisfying, yet many people are afraid to give it a go at home. You’ll learn how to select the right noodles, to find the balance of flavours with specialty ingredients, and how to  combine all of your garnishes into the final dish.  Fresh shrimp, chicken, and vegetarian versions will be available.
