Healthy Habits - Proteins

There is such a focus these days on eating right, and staying healthy. This class, the first in our Healthy Habits series, will show you how to cook meats that are low in fat, or rich in good fats, without sacrificing flavour. Chicken is up first, and our roasted chicken will showcase the arts of brines, marinades, and proper cooking. Meanwhile, try out some sous vide salmon to see how you can cook perfect fish at home anytime. Paired with perfect local vegetables, cooked simply but right, and some health whole grains, these dishes will put you on the path to better eating at home.
