For a wonderful sampling of gourmet regional cuisine you can plan your evening around a special Tasting Menu dinner in Amelia’s Garden, the Inn’s picturesque dining room. Or choose from Amelia’s regular menu and experience the added pleasures offered by an extensive wine list. Pleasant, efficient service in a lovely setting will add to your enjoyment of the meal. The Barley Room offers a slightly more casual dining experience. Enjoy an evening of tasty fare, with all your favourite beverages, and live musical entertainment Wednesday through Saturday evenings.
The Waring House Cookery School offers hands on recreational cooking classes conducted by experienced professional chefs. Classes are held on a wide range of subjects including international cuisine, regional foods, wine and food pairings, seasonal dishes and practical approaches to meal preparation in the home.
In today’s busy world many visitors to the Waring House just want to relax and enjoy simple pleasures like a stroll through the Inns lovely garden or a brisk walk down the Prince Edward County Millenium Trail that passes directly behind the Inn. Nearby, indulge in a full menu of spa therapies at Clarmount Inn & Spa.
