The
Waring House offers guests 49 rooms and suites from
traditional country inn rooms in the Main Building and the House Next Door, to the
spacious and luxuriously-appointed rooms and suites in the Quaker and
Heritage Lodges.
At
the heart of the property is a 1820s stone farmhouse, which is home to
Amelia's Garden Restaurant, The Barley Room Pub, and several inn
rooms.
The Heritage and Quaker Lodges
were built in 2008, bringing our total number of rooms and suites to 49.
The lodges offer luxury accommodations and environmentally-friendly
features like solar panels, geo-thermal heating and low-flush toilets.
Our rooms and common areas in all of our
buildings are furnished with Canadian antiques, art and folk art. There
are also a number of archival photographs of early rural life in Prince
Edward County.
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets, but there is boarding available at a local kennel for those guests who wish. Speak to front desk to find out more.
