Cookery Class - Spring Warm-up/ Easter Dinner

Get ready for the earliest foods of spring and make sure you have some sure fire recipes to feature on your table.  Fiddlehead ferns, rhubarb, asparagus, morel mushrooms, red leaf lettuce, spring green peas and of course watercress. This class will pick some of these “early birds” and pair them with spring lamb – the makings for a perfect family Easter Dinner.
