Single Malt Society Dinner - This month we venture to Islay, one of the southernmost of the inner Hebridean Islands located off the west coast of Scotland. Of all the whisky regions of Scotland, Islay has attained a truly iconic status. The evening includes the Selkirk Grace, poetry-reading, Scottish ballads when possible by local musician, Mark Despault, and useful information regarding the scotches tasted during the evening.
