PEC Single Malt Tasting - The Outer Islands
A 3-Course Dinner and Single Malt Tasting Which follows a theme. This month our scotch-tasting adventure takes us to the Outer Islands of Scotland. The whiskies produced on the Islands are extremely varied and have few similarities, though can often be distinguished from other whisky regions by generally having a smokier flavour with peaty undertones. The evening includes music when possible by local musician, Mark Despault, and useful information regarding the single malts tasted during the evening.
