The Perfect Space
Book a Meeting Room:
We offer meeting rooms of varying sizes to accommodate groups of up to 150 guests. Each meeting room is equipped with high-speed internet, A/V capabilities with a projector, flip-charts, large flat-screen TV, and sound equipment.
Prince Edward Room
A distinguished space inside the original Waring House that blends Victorian-era styling with modern function including a fireplace, antique furnishings, and fine art.

Waring Hall
Ideal for larger functions, Waring Hall offers full-service support for conferences, banquets, meetings, and even a corporate dance-floor triumph. French doors open onto a veranda overlooking our gardens, an idyllic backdrop for spring and summer events. Inside, you’ll find a dance floor, cocktail bar, private washrooms, and coat check.

Brian Cardy Room
A bright, versatile space located in the Heritage Lodge. Ideal for smaller gatherings, private dinners, or getting-ready suites, the Brian Cardy Room accommodates up to 25 guests and offers a comfortable setting for mingling. Features include a boardroom-style table, kitchenette, and easy access to the adjacent lounge.
The Parlour
An intimate, relaxed space perfect for small gatherings of 4 to 10 guests. Whether seated at a table or enjoying the comfort of the living room furnishings, The Parlour offers a cozy setting for quiet moments and meaningful celebrations.
- TRIVIA NIGHT | Gather your wits and your team for a night of themed trivia, fun facts, and friendly rivalry. Exciting prizes, a cash bar, and food menus can be added to customize your evening.
- LIVE MUSIC | The Barley Room Pub comes alive with live music. Live music days vary; see our Events Calendar for upcoming shows.
- AFTERNOON TEA | Pause for a quintessentially elegant experience with delicate tea sandwiches and Harney & Sons tea blends—offered daily in Amelia’s Garden Dining Room.
- WARING HOUSE PARING DINNER | Choose from wine‐pairing evenings led by our sommelier, scotch‐pairing dinners guided by whisky experts, or beer‐pairing menus featuring local craft brews thoughtfully matched to Executive Chef David Correa’s tasting menus for an educational and delicious experience.
- COOKING CLASSES | Work with our chef to create a memorable meal. Then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labour, perfectly paired with a complimentary glass of local wine. (Maximum 10 guests per class.)
- GOLF PACKAGES | Tee off at the 18-hole, Par 72 championship layout, Picton Golf & Country Club. This course has multiple water features and sweeping views of Picton Bay.

- YOGA CLASSES | Find serenity and flexibility with a professional yoga session led by certified local instructors. Classes for all skill levels take place outdoors in our beautiful gardens or indoors in Waring Hall, with mats available.
- PAINT & SIP | Channel your inner artist while following a local instructor through a painting session, all accompanied by a glass of exquisite PEC wine.
- CYCLING EXPERIENCE | Standard, tandem and E-bike rental options available. Cycle the Millennium trail or participate in a curated guided wine tour. Rentals include helmet, lock, souvenir water bottle and emergency roadside mechanical assistance to ensure a smooth ride. Bike pickup and drop-off are available on our property.
- ALPACA FARM EXPERIENCE | Explore a working alpaca farm with a visit, meander walk or forest trek. Additional experiences include Alpaca Yoga, Pilates, and pottery painting, providing a tranquil way to create or stretch among animals.
- WINERY TOURS | Discover the treasures of Prince Edward County’s wine scene. Hop on a shuttle from the Inn for a guided tour and sip your way through the County. We’re happy to recommend trusted local wine tour companies.
- CULINARY WALKING TOUR | Experience a professionally guided culinary tour through Picton’s historic streets, featuring selected stops at establishments renowned for their seasonal, farm-to-table offerings. Participants will gain insight into the town’s history and the creators behind each dish.
- PADDLE EXPERIENCE | Enjoy a peaceful paddle on West Lake with options for single and tandem kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards. Rentals include all safety gear and a brief orientation for beginners. Advance booking is suggested for weekends to guarantee your spot for a scenic paddle along the shoreline.
- BOAT TOUR | Enjoy a private boat excursion offering a unique view of the Sandbanks’ stunning dunes, perfect for team bonding and accessible to all. This relaxing, low-impact outing ensures an intimate experience, accommodating up to six participants
