Cookery Class – Bounty of the County

As summer gives way to autumn, explore the rich flavours of the late-season harvest. Prepare dishes featuring the best of Prince Edward County’s gardens, orchards, and farms while learning techniques for cooking with the changing seasons.

Each class includes hands-on instruction from Executive Chef David Correa, a Waring House apron, a take-home recipe package, and a delicious meal prepared during the class, accompanied by a glass of house red or white wine.

Classes are $130 per person plus HST and gratuity.
