Cookery Class – Bounty of the County

Celebrate the seasonal abundance of Prince Edward County with a menu inspired by local farms, growers, and producers. Learn how to highlight fresh ingredients through thoughtful preparation and creative cooking techniques.

Each class includes hands-on instruction from Executive Chef David Correa, a Waring House apron, a take-home recipe package, and a delicious meal prepared during the class, accompanied by a glass of house red or white wine.

Classes are $130 per person plus HST and gratuity.
