Cookery Class – Countylicious: Bounty of the County

Celebrate Prince Edward County’s acclaimed Countylicious season with a menu inspired by local farms, artisan producers, and the flavours that define the region’s culinary identity.

Each class includes hands-on instruction from Executive Chef David Correa, a Waring House apron, a take-home recipe package, and a delicious meal prepared during the class, accompanied by a glass of house red or white wine.
