Travel to Italy’s Abruzzo region through a culinary experience inspired by rustic traditions, coastal flavours, and the rich agricultural heritage of this beautiful part of Italy. Discover regional dishes and techniques that bring authentic Italian cooking to life.

Each class includes hands-on instruction from Executive Chef David Correa, a Waring House apron, a take-home recipe package, and a delicious meal prepared during the class, accompanied by a glass of house red or white wine.

Classes are $130 per person plus HST and gratuity.
