Escape to the islands with a colourful menu inspired by Caribbean cuisine. Discover vibrant spices, tropical ingredients, and bold flavours while learning techniques behind these sunshine-filled dishes.

Each class includes hands-on instruction from Executive Chef David Correa, a Waring House apron, a take-home recipe package, and a delicious meal prepared during the class, accompanied by a glass of house red or white wine.

Classes are $130 per person plus HST and gratuity.
