Welcome wine connoisseurs and enthusiastic amateurs alike. On the last Wednesday of each month, Waring House transforms into a culinary embassy. Enjoy a different theme, authentic cuisine, and exceptional wines from various wine regions.

Executive Chef David Correa prepares a unique four-course menu designed in tandem with our sommelier, Laura Penberthy, who sources the evening’s wine parings with impeccable taste and just the right amount of flourish.

The cost for the event is $80 per person + HST & Gratuity payable at the end of the evening.

Cancellation Policy: free up to 72 hours prior to the event start; cancellations within 72 hours of the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee per person.
