On the last Wednesday of each month, Waring House transforms into a culinary embassy. Enjoy a different theme with authentic cuisine and exceptional wines from various wine regions.
Executive Chef David Correa unveils a four-course menu designed in tandem with our sommelier, Laura Penberthy, who sources the evening’s wine flights with impeccable taste and just the right amount of flourish.

Each month, The Waring House hosts an elegant wine and food society dinner, featuring remarkable, and often rare, selections from celebrated wine regions around the globe. Thoughtfully crafted, regionally inspired menus are perfectly paired by Chef David Correa in collaboration with our sommelier.
