TKing Sized Bed with decorhe Waring House has 49 guest rooms, offered in five price categories, in five different settings;  The Main House, the Waring family's fine old limestone homestead, The House Next Door, a 19th-century farmhouse with twelve lovely guest rooms, The Vineyard View Cottage, a renovated, stone ice building, and the luxurious Quaker and Heritage Lodges. All buildings are within steps of the main inn.  Choose the style and price point you prefer.

**All of our rooms have private ensuites in each room. 

**With the exception of service dogs, pets are not permitted in the hotel.

All room rates include a full breakfast. All rooms offer private washrooms. 
 

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays during the low season. Breakfast is still included however it is a takeaway breakfast for you to enjoy.

From May 1st to November 1st Waring House has a two-night minimum for weekend stays. (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)

A CAA discount is now available 7 days a week on all regularly priced rooms (not valid with other offers or packages).  Individual cards apply to individual rooms. 

CAA discounts cannot be applied to reservations booked through third-party websites. 

Rates quoted are based on single or double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $30 per person for third and fourth adult guests (ages 13 and up) in a room. An additional charge of $20 will be applied for children, ages 3 to 12. Children under 3 are free. These charges cover additional breakfast and laundry costs. Waring House requires a preauthorization at the time of check-in. Your room total plus a deposit will be put on hold and upon check-out, the total amount of your stay will be applied to the preauthorization taken at check-in. 

We have a $2.65 per person per night resort fee for all guest stays. 

Please note that you may rent a fire pit. There is a $50.00 fee for the use and stock of the firepit. You can arrange the usage with guest services.

All of our rooms are non-smoking and non-vaping. This applies to both cannabis products and tobacco. This includes room patios. All guests must be 9m away from the entrances and we ask that you use the provided receptacles for disposal. While cannabis is legal, the scent can be quite overpowering and can aggravate allergies. We ask that if you are traveling with cannabis, it is stored so that the scent does not disrupt other guests in the Inn. Smoking in any of our rooms and leaving large remnants can make a $250.00 charge applicable to your bill. 

***Cancellation may be requested up to 72 hours before arrival without penalty. If guests call to cancel within 72 hours of their anticipated arrival, they will be charged for the first night of their stay. Please note that this applies to our Leisure travel guests. If you are hosting an event or a part of an event, please see your contract or speak with your event coordinator for the cancelation timelines and ability.

The House Next Door is a fully restored early Canadian board & batten farmhouse adjacent to the restaurants and central to everything on the property. This building houses 12 guestrooms and features Victorian-era decor - some are outfitted with fireplaces, air-jet tubs, and walk-out private patios. In addition, this building offers a comfortable common area, open to all guests, with a gas fireplace and library - perfect for relaxation!

The lodges are the newest additions to our property and offer a more modern accommodation. These buildings house 16 guestrooms - offering en suite bathrooms with showers and soaker tubs, gas fireplaces, and walk-out patios with outdoor patio chairs overlooking the Millennium Trail. The lodges also offer a large common area to gather as well as a hospitality suite and on-site spa.

 

Suite couch and king bedThe Main House: The Main House houses 4 bed and breakfast style guestrooms located above The Barley Room Pub and Amelia's Garden restaurants. This 1860 farmhouse has been fully renovated while still offering a taste of the heritage. This historic Main House is any vintage lover's dream stay - offering an en suite bathroom, antique decor, and a large TV with cable. Join us for a complimentary breakfast just steps from your bedroom door.

 

Cottage patio with hot tub featureThe Vineyard View Cottage: Beautiful and completely private, the cottage is located at the heart of the property, overlooking the gardens and gazebo. This honeymoon-style suite is a single-room, open-concept stone cottage, featuring a large king-sized bed, claw foot bathtub, and a beautiful fireplace. This accommodation offers a full-sized private patio with a  2-person hot tub. This is the perfect choice for a quiet romantic get-away or bride and groom wedding suite.
