Good evening, and welcome to the Prince Edward County Wine & Food Society COVID version of our monthly dinner event.
We thank you for your enthusiasm and for continuing to participate, regardless of our current lockdown. We hope that this delicious food, courtesy of Chef Travis, and the wonderful bubbly, selected and presented in this video by Sommelier Thierry, will bring a little joy on this blustery, almost last day of 2020.
