The PEC Wine & Food Society invites you to our monthly wine dinner. We hope you'll join us for a tasting of Natural Wines from right here in The County & around the world.
Sommelier Astrid Young will be sourcing from winemakers who produce their wines using traditional techniques and ferment using native yeasts, rather than industrial methods.
Natural wines are often known as, naked or raw wines that are made from unadulterated grapes and contain little to no additives. The cost of the event is $75, which includes a delicious four course meal, created by Chef Travis Mindle, pairing perfectly with each wine feature. You don't want to miss out on this fantastic event!
