Theresa Malenfant & Scott Medford have been performing together in a band for about twenty years and a few years ago decided to also work as a duo. In 2019, they competed in the International Blues Challenge. They won second place in the Solo/Duo category!
Vocal power house Malenfant, a native of New Brunswick, grew up surrounded by musically-talented family. She made her singing debut at the age of fourteen and was soon singing duets with the great Dutch Mason.
Scott Medford, based in Hampton, New Brunswick, has been a professional musician and guitar teacher for over 25 years. Medford is highly regarded in the maritime music scene for his commitment to sylistic mastery and impassioned guitar voice.
Now Malenfant & Medford have become one of the most popular lues duo acts in the Atlantic Provinces.
