We thank you for your enthusiasm and for continuing to participate, regardless of our current lockdown. We hope that this delicious food, courtesy of Chef Travis, and the wonderful California wines, selected and presented in this video by Sommelier Thierry, will bring a lovely warmth and comfort to the end of another wintery day.

Central Coast is not hot and arid, much of the region is a cool climate and produces incredible wines, not bulk wines as mentioned. Central Valley or In Land Valleys is the area that produces bulk wines and is hot and arid.
