Flanked by the Andes and Pacific Ocean the valleys between them are rich with unique expressions of familiar grape varieties and a few “local” ones too. Come taste some of what Chile has to offer."
Enjoy a 4 course dinner & wine pairing as we explore 'Chile.' This dinner will feature cuisine from Chile prepared by our Chef, David Correa & will be guided by local Sommelier, Jay Whiteley. The dinner is $80/person + HST & Gratuity - starting at 6:30pm in our Waring Hall!
