Thank you everyone for your interest in the Waring House Holiday Market. This will be a two-day event (Saturday and Sunday) December 7th, & December 8th. We are incredibly excited to receive your registration in preparation for this event.

We presently have 23 tables that will be available for the event, and it is presently estimated the booths will be about 8ftx8ft in size. Once registrations have been confirmed we will be sending confirmed booth sizes and other information in your registration packages. 

Standard Booths will include 1 table (5ft long) $40.00

Corner Booths will include 2 tables (5ft long)  $60.00

We will have linens on the table including a skirt. If you have your own table cloth or linens you would like to use, please advise.

Depending on interest and submissions, we may expand into further tables on the property. We will not be collecting payment today however, will reach out to accepted vendors with payment information in their confirmation emails. Payments will be due October 31st to secure your spot. We will hold a waitlist for vendors and if we have someone who has to cancel, we are able to replace. Fees will not be refunded for a cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon on a case by case scenario.

We will be marketing this event, and we will happily provide marketing materials for you to share on social media and newsletter lists etc. We encourage you to tag us in your posts and especially on Instagram and make sure they are shareable for us to post on our story as well. The more information we can get the word out the more successful the event will be!

There will be more details about the weekend event as they become available, but this is looking to be a great event, and we are so excited to have you involved.
 

Please note that while we would like to provide everyone with a booth, with eventual limited space we may not be able to accommodate all applicants. We encourage everyone to apply!
