During the afternoon, guests are invited to tour our historic Main House, elegant event spaces, and scenic grounds. Each setting provides a unique backdrop for weddings of every size and style, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations. You’ll experience firsthand the warm hospitality and timeless character that make The Waring House an unforgettable place to say “I do.”
What to Expect
Throughout the event, guests can enjoy guided tours of our ceremony and reception venues, guest accommodations, and gardens. Our team will be on hand to answer questions and offer insight into how each space can be tailored to your vision.
You’ll also have the opportunity to meet our preferred local vendors, including florists, photographers, decorators, and entertainers, who will be available to share ideas and inspiration for your special day. Live music will add to the welcoming atmosphere as you sample a selection of hors d’oeuvres crafted by our culinary team, featuring locally sourced ingredients that reflect our Feast On® certified dining philosophy.
For those wishing to discuss their plans in more detail, private consultations with our event coordinator will be available throughout the afternoon. This is a wonderful opportunity to talk through your ideas, check availability, and begin shaping your wedding experience at The Waring House.

Admission to the Wedding Open House is free, and all are welcome. However, registration is encouraged to help us create the best experience possible for each couple.
